We are an Agile development shop — meaning we form a communicative relationship around a loose Objectives, Plan, Build, Review, Tune, Test, Launch process.

• Objectives

  Set your target. What do you want your project to accomplish? Everything needs a target so we can provide focused analytics.

• Build

  When you plan well, execution is easy. It truly is.

• Plan

  Everything around your project needs to center around your target. Wireframes, flow-charts, storyboards, Gannt charts, and more are all incorporated to provide the greatest visions into the intricacies of at least one piece of your future digital identity.

• QA & Review

  Personas, guerilla testing techniques, and basic user experience reviews will circle back to whether or not you are hitting your goals. All this on top of our basic Quality Assurance testing. Every button is pressed, every state is challenged, and every form is submitted.

• Tune

  Based on the review, make (normally quite modest) changes to your site. Back to focusing on the Objectives.

• Launch

  Every checklist is checked again as we launch your project for the world to see.
